The purpose of current study is to investigate the relationship of difficulties in emotion regulation with big five personality factors including neuroticism, extraversion, and openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness. Method: 272 students of Azerbaijan Shahid Madani University were selected by available sampling and they completed the difficulties in emotion regulation scale (DERS) and NEO five factor inventories (NEO-FFI).This is a descriptive correlation study. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. Results: The results showed that there's a significant positive correlation between emotion regulation difficulties and neuroticism and it has a negative correlation with extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness and also there's no significant correlation between emotion regulation difficulties and openness to experience. According to the results of stepwise multivariate regression analysis only neuroticism can significantly predict 31.4 percent of the changes of emotion regulation difficulties. Discussion and conclusion: According to the results, neuroticism dimension which is the opposite dimension of emotional stability has an important role in predicting the way of regulating individuals 'emotion and difficulties resulted from emotional dysregulation.}, keywords = {Big Five Factor,Personality,Emotion Regulation Difficulties}, title_fa = {الگوی ارتباطی ابعاد بهنجار شخصیت با مشکلات و بدتنظیمی هیجانی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بسیاری از اختلالات روانی به‌صورت مشکلاتی در تنظیم هیجانی بروز می‌کنند و افراد در نحوه‌ی‌ تنظیم هیجان‌هایشان متفاوت عمل می‌کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه‌ی مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی با پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت شامل روان‌رنجوری، برون‌گرایی، گشودگی به تجربه، مردم‌آمیزی و وجدان است. روش: 272 نفر (138 مرد و 134 زن) از دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش انتخاب شدند که به پرسشنامه‌های مشکلات‌ تنظیم هیجانی و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه شخصیتی پاسخ دادند. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی می‌باشد و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیری استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی با روان‌رنجوری همبستگی مثبت معنادار و با برون‌گرایی و مردم‌آمیزی و وجدان همبستگی منفی معنادار وجود دارد و همبستگی معناداری میان مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی با گشودگی به تجربه وجود ندارد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری گام‌به‌گام تنها روان‌رنجوری به‌طور معنادار و به میزان 4/31 درصد از تغییرات مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش بعد شخصیتی روان‌رنجوری که بعد مقابل ثبات هیجانی است نقش مهمی در پیش‌بینی نحوه‌ی‌ تنظیم هیجانی افراد و مشکلات ناشی از بدتنظیمی هیجانی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {پنج عامل بزرگ,مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی}, url = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2781.html}, eprint = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2781_70d61da1751bf80c00c52e5271292560.pdf} }
