Methods: The research method was descriptive and the design was ex post facto. The 34 siblings of children with autism and 34 normal children were selected by convenience sampling from Clinics and care institutions for children with autism and primary and secondary schools in range 16-9 years of age from Alborz and Tehran cities. For data collection, Pediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC) and Children's Depression Inventory (CDI) were used. Data were analyzed by using independent t and Chi square tests. Results: Results showed no statistically significant difference between mental health and depression components except anhedonia in two groups of normal children and siblings of children with autism. However, chi-square test results showed clinical and diagnostic significant difference between the rate of mental disorders in normal children and siblings of children with autism. Conclusion: The presence of children with autism in the family causes cause abnormalities in behavioral, emotional, social and verbal-nonverbal communication between children with autism and other family members. So to reduce the adverse mental and emotional consequences of communication between family members, the importance of recognition of this disorder and educational needs for special interactions with autism children in the family is obvious.}, keywords = {Mental Health,Depression,Siblings of children with autism}, title_fa = {مقایسه‌ی مؤلفه‌های سلامت روان و افسردگی در کودکان عادی و همشیرهای کودک اوتیست}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف مقایسه‌ی مؤلفه‌های سلامت روان و افسردگی در کودکان عادی و همشیرهای کودک اوتیست انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و علّی – مقایسه‌ای است. روش نمونه‌گیری، نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی و از نوع در دسترس بوده، با مراجعه به کلینیک‌ها و موسسه‌های نگهداری کودکان اوتیست، 34 کودک دارای خواهر یا برادر اوتیست و از طریق مراجعه به مدارس ابتدایی و دوره‌ی اول متوسطه 34 کودک عادی، هردو گروه با ترکیب جنسی و سنی 16-9 سال از دو شهر البرز و تهران انتخاب گردید. ابزار سنجش شامل پرسشنامه سلامت روان کودکان (پی. اس. سی.) و پرسـشنامه افسردگی کودکان (سی. دی. آی.) بود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، در دو بخش توصیفی و آزمون تی. گروه‌های مستقل و آزمون خی‌ دو مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد سلامت روان و مؤلّفه‌های افسردگی جز مؤلفه‌ی بی‌لذتی تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه همشیرهای کودک اوتیست و کودکان عادی تفاوت معناداری از نظر آماری وجود ندارد، با این حال، نتایج آزمون خی دو، نشان داد که میزان اختلالات روانی در همشیرهای کودک اوتیست در مقایسه با کودکان عادی، از حیث بالینی و تشخیصی معنادار است. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: حضور کودک اوتیست در خانواده، موجب اغتشاش در تبادلات رفتاری، عاطفی، گفتاری و اجتماعی بین سایر اعضای خانواده با یکدیگر و با کودک اوتیست گردیده، ضرورت شناساندن این اختلال و آموزش تعاملات ویژه با چنین کودکانی در خانواده، در کاهش پیامدهای نامطلوب روانی و عاطفی در ارتباطات بین اعضای خانواده را برجسته می‌سازد.}, keywords_fa = {سلامت روان,افسردگی,همشیرهای کودک اوتیست}, url = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2822.html}, eprint = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2822_e9291f83ee0ac854d417370ce5000490.pdf} }
