Method: In a quasi-experimental study, 30 mothers of children with ADHD referred to counseling centers in the city Bojnurd, during four months, were selected by available sampling method and then randomly designed into three experimental, placebo and control groups. The experimental group participated in 8 sessions of rational emotive behavior group therapy, while placebo and control groups were not in any treatment. However, the placebo group participated in 8 sessions of Word-Windows software training. The participants completed General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and Tower of London Test (TOL). Data were analyzed by SPSS22 software, using analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). Results: The findings showed that REBG leading to improving the executive functions and increase mental health in experimental group than placebo and control groups. Discussion and conclusion: The results showed that REBG might be an efficient way to improving executive functions and increase mental health in mothers of children with ADHD. Also, therapists can use this therapeutic approach for improving executive functions and increase mental health.}, keywords = {Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,Executive functions,Mental Health,rational emotive behavior group therapy}, title_fa = {اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی عقلانی هیجانی رفتاری بر کنش‌های اجرایی و سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه - بیش‌فعالی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی عقلانی هیجانی رفتاری بر کنش‌های اجرایی و سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی انجام شد. روش: در یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل و مداخله‌نما، تعداد 30 مادر کودک مبتلا به نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر بجنورد طی مدت چهار ماه و به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و همچنین به‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش، کنترل و مداخله نما قرار گرفتند. مادران گروه آزمایش در معرض مداخله 8 جلسه‌ای گروه‌درمانی عقلانی هیجانی رفتاری قرار گرفتند، درحالی‌که گروه کنترل و مداخله‌نما در معرض چنین مداخله‌ای قرار نگرفتند. باوجوداین، گروه مداخله‌نما به مدت 8 جلسه نرم‌افزار ورد-ویندوز را آموزش دیدند. پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی و آزمون برج لندن در مورد شرکت‌کنندگان اجرا گردید. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک نرم‌افزار آماری «اس. پی. اس. اس.» و با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. نتایج: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که گروه‌درمانی عقلانی هیجانی رفتاری باعث بهبود سلامت روان و کنش‌های اجرایی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه‌های کنترل و مداخله‌نما می‌شود. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: گروه‌درمانی عقلانی هیجانی رفتاری نقش مهمی در بهبود کنش‌های اجرایی و افزایش سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی دارد. درمان‌گران می‌توانند از این روش درمانی جهت بهبود کنش‌های اجرایی و افزایش سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی استفاده کنند.}, keywords_fa = {گروه‌درمانی عقلانی هیجانی رفتاری,کنش‌های اجرایی,سلامت روان,نقص توجه – بیش‌فعالی}, url = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2823.html}, eprint = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2823_271f471ce670883236962b9412d232ba.pdf} }
