This study aims to evaluate the psychometric properties and the  confirmatory factor structure of the adult version of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED-A). The research population consisted of all adults residing in the city of Yazd. A text message containing a link to the online questionnaire was sent 1000 residents over the age of 18 using the multistage random sampling method. As a result, 210 analyzable questionnaires were obtained. Internal consistency was 0/941 for the whole scale and 0/612 and 0/876 for its subscales respectively. SCARED-A test-retest reliability coefficient was also acceptable within two weeks. SCARED-A indicates a significant correlation with the trait version of STAI, which supports the convergent validity of this questionnaire. According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, such as the factor loadings of each item in relation to its structure, the cross loading of each item in relation to all structures (subscales), composite reliability index, and AVE, some items were removed to modify the model. In the modified model, the factor loadings for all items were significant and above 0/65. In addition, the composite reliability indexes, AVE and GOF became acceptable. Because of the numerous advantages of SCARED-A, such as measuring all anxiety disorders and having a child version for intergenerational studies, we suggest that the psychometric properties and the factor structure of the questionnaire be evaluated in further studies.}, keywords = {screening,anxiety,Adults,SCARED,reliability,Validity,confirmatory factor structure}, title_fa = {بررسی ساختار عاملی تاییدی و ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه بزرگسالان پرسشنامه غربالگری اختلال‌های هیجانی مرتبط با اضطراب کودک (SCARED-A)}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: به دلیل شیوع بالای اختلال‌های اضطرابی و هزینه‌های بسیار آن‌ها بر فرد و جامعه، وجود ابزارهای مناسب جهت غربالگری و تشخیص زودهنگام این اختلال‌ها ضروری است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی و ساختار عاملی تاییدی نسخه بزرگسالان پرسشنامه غربالگری اختلال‌های هیجانی مرتبط با اضطراب کودک بود. روش: جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه بزرگسالان ساکن در شهر یزد بود که لینک پرسشنامه آنلاین از طریق سامانه پیام کوتاه و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای برای 1000 شهروند بالای 18 سال فرستاده شد. از این تعداد، 210 پرسشنامه قابل تحلیل به دست آمد. نتایج: همسانی درونی برای کل مقیاس، 0.941 و برای زیرمقیاس‌های آن، 0.612 تا 0.876 به دست آمد. ضریب اعتبار بازآزمایی پرسشنامه به فاصله دو هفته، نیز مطلوب به دست آمد. این مقیاس همبستگی معناداری را با نسخه صفت پرسشنامه اضطراب صفت - حالت نشان داد که از روایی همگرای این پرسشنامه حمایت می‌کند. با توجه به نتایج تحلیل عامل تاییدی، مانند بارهای عاملی هرگویه نسبت به سازه خود، میزان بارتقاطعی هر گویه نسبت به تمام سازه‌ها (زیرمقیاس‌ها) و شاخص‌های اعتبار مرکب و میانگین واریانس استخراج شده، به منظور اصلاح مدل، برخی گویه‌ها حذف گردید. در مدل اصلاح شده، بارهای عاملی تمام گویه‌ها معنادار و بالای 0.65 به دست آمد. هم چنین شاخص‌های اعتبار مرکب،  میانگین واریانس استخراج شده و ملاک کلی برازش در حالتی مطلوب قرار گرفتند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، این پرسشنامه، از روایی، پایایی و ساختار عاملی مطلوبی برخوردار است و برای غربالگری اختلال‌های اضطرابی در بزرگسالان ایرانی می‌تواند استفاده شود.}, keywords_fa = {ساختار عاملی,ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی,غربالگری,پرسش‌نامه,اضطراب}, url = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2850.html}, eprint = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_2850_51bfa17487884f4d922b405ae661b16a.pdf} }
