پایایی و اعتبار مقیاس سلامت روانی ‌(MHI)

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی پایایی و اعتبار مقیاس سلامت روانی‌ بود. یکصد و شصت دانشجو از دانشگاه تهران و دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران در دو گروه بیمار (80=n؛ 50 دختر، 30 پسر) و بهنجار (80=n؛ 50 دختر، 30 پسر) با اجرای مقیاس سلامت روانی‌، مقیاس افسردگی بک، مقیاس اضطراب بک، و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. پایایی بازآزمایی مقیاس سلامت روانی‌ بر حسب نتایجِ دو بار اجرای آزمون و همسانی درونی مقیاس بر حسب ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. اعتبار همزمان مقیاس سلامت روانی‌ بر حسب ضرایب همبستگی زیر مقیاس‌های بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و درماندگی روان‌شناختی با نمره کلی پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی بررسی و تأیید شد. نتایج مربوط به اعتبار تفکیکی مقیاس سلامت روانی‌ نیز نشان داد که این مقیاس می‌تواند افراد دو گروه بیمار و بهنجار را متمایز کند.

To examine reliability and validity of the Mental Health Inventory (MHI), 160 students from the University of Tehran (n=80 50 females, 30 males) and Iran University of Science and Technology (n=80 50 females, 30 males) participated in this study as an experimental and a control group respectively. All participants filled out the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). Test-retest reliability and internal consistency of the MHI were examined at satisfactory levels. Concurrent validity of the MHI was calculated according to correlation coefficients between the scores on the MHI and total score of the GHQ. All correlations were statistically significant. The results also supported discriminant validity of the MHI.
