نقش میانجی ذهن‌آگاهی در رابطه بین احساس ‌تنهایی و اضطراب‌ کووید 19 در نوجوانان در زمان اپیدمی کووید

چکیده

مقدمه: نوجوانی به خودی‌خود دوران سختی‌است و همه‌گیری بیماری کرونا آن را حتی سخت‌تر هم می‌‌کند. با بسته شدن مدارس و لغو رویدادهای اجتماعی، بسیاری نوجوانان نه تنها برخی از مهم‌ترین لحظات زندگی خود را از دست داده‌اند، بلکه از فعالیت‌های روزمره‌ای مثل گپ و گفت‌گو با دوستان و شرکت درکلاس‌های درس هم دور افتاده‌اند. احساس‌تنهایی در شرایط اپیدمی کرونا می‌تواند عامل مهمی برای تشدید اضطراب این بیماری شود و مهارت روان‌شناختی نظیر ذهن‌آگاهی نیز ممکن است میانجی این ارتباط باشد. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی ذهن‌آگاهی در رابطه بین احساس تنهایی و اضطراب از کووید 19 بود.
روش: پژوهش مذکور از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی و از نوع تحلیل مسیر است.در این پژوهش، 242 نفر (141 دختر و 101 پسر)، مشغول به تحصیل که اثرات اپیدمی کرونا تجربه کرده بودند به روش نمونه گیری درسترس انتخاب شدند. دانش آموزان پرسشنامه اضطراب کرونا ویروس؛ مقیاس احساس تنهایی؛ پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی را  تحت شبکه مجازی شاد کامل کردند. برای تحلیل داده­ ها از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.
نتایج : نتایج نشان داد اثر احساس تنهایی بر ذهن آگاهی (50/0- = β  ، 01/0p< ) منفی و معنادار و بر  اضطراب از کووید 19 (19/0 = β  ، 01/0p< )  بود.  هم­چنین نقش میانجی ذهن آگاهی در رابطه بین متغیرهای احساس تنهایی و اضطراب کرونا تأیید گردید (01/0 p< ،18/4- Z=).
نتیجه‌گیری :یافته های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن بودندکه تفکر ذهن‌آگاه می‌تواند اضطراب کرونا و احساس تنهایی را میانجی­گری کند. لذا، ذهن‌آگاهی در سازگاری بهتر در شرایط بحرانی افراد را از تاثیرات منفی محافظت کرده و در سلامت روانی بهتر می تواند،کمک کننده باشد

Introductoin: Adolescence is a difficult time in itself and the epidemic of covid-19 disease makes it even more difficult. With the closure of schools and the cancellation of social events, many teens have not only lost some of the most important moments in their lives but have also moved away from everyday activities such as chatting with friends and attending classes. Feeling lonely in a coronary epidemic can be a major factor in exacerbating anxiety, and psychological skills such as mindfulness may also play a role. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between feeling loneliness and anxiety about covid-19.
Method: The study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of path analysis. In this study, 242 people (141 girls and 101 boys) who had experienced the effects of the corona epidemic were selected by convenience sampling method. Students completed the Corona Virus Anxiety Questionnaire, loneliness scale, and mindfulness questionnaire under the Shaad virtual network. Pearson correlation and path analysis were used for data analysis.
Results: The results showed that the effect of loneliness on mindfulness (β = -0.50, p <0.01) was negative and significant and on the anxiety of covid 19 (β = 0.19, p <0.01). Also, the mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between the variables of loneliness and anxiety was confirmed (Z=-4.18, p<0.01).
Discussion and Conclusion: The findings of the present study indicated that mindful thinking can mediate anxiety of Corona and the feeling of loneliness. Therefore, mindfulness can protect people from negative influences in better adaptation in critical situations and help in better mental health.

Conclusion: The findings of the present study showed that mindful thinking can mediate coronary anxiety and loneliness. Therefore, mindfulness in better adaptation to critical situations protects people from negative effects and can be helpful in better mental health.
