Data were analyzed by multivariable analysis of covariance.
Results: The comparison of posttest and pretest control represents a significant increase in the scores of secure attachment style and a significant decrease in ambivalent, avoiding and insecure attachment styles of the experimental group.
Discussion and conclusion: The results show the usefulness of EFCT period in improving the couples' attachment styles.
