The results showed that all relationships between the five big factors of personality and four types of goal orientation, except for task-oriented and orientation Function approach is significant. Multiple regression analysis showed that the extroversion variables and experience openness are significant predictors for mastered - approach, performance - approach and performance - avoidance orientation and extroversion variables and task-oriented are significant predictors of dominance – avoidable orientation.
