The statistical population was male and female undergraduate students who were studying at Shiraz University in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample consisted of 64 students (26 male and 38 female) who were selected using the available and goal-based sampling, and according to the entry and exit criteria of the three classes of Shiraz University, and completed the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales (DASS), the Self-Control (Tangney, 2004), the Desire for Self-Control (Uziel & Baumeister, 2017) the Shame-Proneness and Guilt-Proneness subscales of Test of Self-Conscious Affect (Tangney, 1989) and the Shame and Guilt Scale. Then participants of the three classes were exposed to experimental intervention by assignment to three groups sham induction, guilt induction, and control. In both experimental groups, shame or guilt was induced by reminding and writing slightly about an experience of the personal fault and their emotions were measured again by the Scale of Shame and Guilt. Eventually, the participants in each of the three groups performed the unsolved puzzle task.Results: The results showed that the level of self-control of the participants in the group of guilt was more than the group of shame likewise the control group, but there was no significant difference between the level of self-control of the group of shame and the control group.Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results, guilt, and shame self-conscious emotions can affect self-control and thus adaptability and persistence of individuals in conflicting situations}, keywords = {Self-Control,Shame,Guilt,Self-conscious emotion}, title_fa = {اثر القای شرم و گناه بر عملکرد خودکنترلی در تکلیف در دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثر القای شرم و گناه بر عملکرد خودکنترلی در تکلیف بوده است.روش: پژوهش به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری، دانشجویان دختر و پسر مقطع کارشناسی بودند که در نیمسال اول  تحصیلی 99-1398 در دانشگاه شیراز تحصیل میکردند. نمونه شامل 64 دانشجو (26 پسر و 38 دختر) بود که با استفاده از نمونهگیری در دسترس و مبتنی بر هدف، و با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج از سه کلاس دانشگاه شیراز انتخاب شده و به مقیاسهای افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS)، خودکنترلی (تانگنی، 2004)، تمایل برای خودکنترلی (یوزیل و بامیستر، 2017) زیرمقیاسهای آمادگی برای شرم و آمادگی برای گناه مقیاس عاطفه خودآگاه-3 (تانگنی، 1989) و پرسشنامه هیجان شرم و گناه پاسخ دادند. سپس شرکتکنندگان سه کلاس در 3 گروه القای شرم، القای گناه و کنترل، در معرض مداخله آزمایشی قرار گرفتند. در دو گروه آزمایش، از طریق یادآوری و نوشتن جزئی یک اشتباه شخصی، احساس شرم یا گناه القا شد و مجدداً هیجانهایشان از طریق پرسشنامه سنجش هیجان شرم و گناه اندازهگیری شد. در نهایت، شرکتکنندگان هر سه گروه، تکلیف پازل غیرقابلحل را انجام دادند.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میزان خودکنترلی در شرکتکنندگان گروه گناه بیشتر از گروه شرم و کنترل است، اما بین میزان خودکنترلی گروه شرم و گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت.بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر طبق نتایج، هیجانهای خودآگاه گناه و شرم میتوانند خودکنترلی و در نتیجه سازگاری و پایداری افراد در موقعیتهای متعارض را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.}, keywords_fa = {خودکنترلی,شرم,گناه,هیجان خودآگاه}, url = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_3880.html}, eprint = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_3880_0128643b1a961103907fe748c0585221.pdf} }
