However, there currently is little evidence to suggest what role resilience plays in this issue. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the resilience education program on negative automatic thoughts and cognitive coping strategies among university students.Method: In this quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent-group design in a company with a follow-up stage, 30 university students within experimental and control groups responded to the Negative Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire (Hollon & Kendall, 1980) and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (Garnefski, Kraaij & Spinhoven, 2001). The experimental group received 10 resilience training sessions (1 hour a session).Result: The results of statistical procedures of multivariate and univariate covariance analysis indicated that the resilience education program was effective in increasing adaptive coping strategies consisting of acceptance, positive reappraisal, positive refocusing, refocus on planning and putting into perspective, and in decreasing negative automatic thoughts and non-adaptive coping strategies consists of self-blame, other-blame, rumination, and catastrophizing in short term and long term.Discussion and conclusion: These findings suggest that resilience training program by increasing positive thinking strategies, adaptive emotional management skills, and interpersonal relationships skills enrichment could result in mental immunization in students}, keywords = {Negative Automatic Thoughts,Mental Immunization,Resilience Education Program,Cognitive Coping Strategies}, title_fa = {تاثیر آموزش تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی بر افکار خودآیند منفی و راهبردهای مقابلة شناختی هیجان در دانشجویان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه : در مجموع، استرس یک ویژگی کاملاً شناخته شده تجربة زندگی دانشجویی قلمداد می‌شود. با این وجود، شواهدی کمی پیرامون نقش سازة تاب‌آوری در رویارویی با تجارب استرس‌زا وجود دارد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تاب­­آوری روان­شناختی بر افکار خودآیند منفی و راهبردهای مقابلة شناختی دانشجویان انجام شد.روش : در این پژوهش شبه­­تجربی با طرح پیش­آزمون ـ پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری، 30 دانشجوی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، قبل و بعد از آموزش به پرسشنامه افکار خودآیند منفی و پرسشنامه راهبردهای نظم­بخشی شناختی هیجان، پاسخ دادند. از طریق 10 جلسه و هر جلسه یک ساعت، برنامه آموزش تاب‌­آوری روان­ شناختی به شیوه گروهی برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد.نتایج : نتایج روش­های آماری تحلیل کواریانس تک­متغیری و چندمتغیری نشان داد که در کوتاه­مدت و بلندمدت برنامه مداخله­­ای در افزایش راهبردهای انطباقی مقابلة شناختی شامل پذیرش، بازارزیابی مثبت، بازتمرکز مثبت، تمرکز بر برنامه­ریزی و دیدگاه­گیری و کاهش افکار خودآیند منفی و کاهش راهبردهای غیرانطباقی مقابلة شناختی شامل خودسرزنشگری، دگرسرزنشگری، نشخوارگری ذهنی و فاجعه­سازی موثر بود.بحث و نتیجه‏ گیری : نتایج مطالعة حاضر نشان می­ دهد که برنامة آموزش تاب­­آوری روان­شناختی از طریق تقویت راهبردهای تفکر مثبت، راهبردهای انطباقی مدیریت هیجان و همچنین ارتقای مهارت­­های رابطة بین­فردی، در تحقق ایدة مصونیت روانی فراگیران به طور تجربی موثر واقع می­شود.}, keywords_fa = {افکار خودآیند منفی,ایمن‌سازی روانی,برنامه آموزش تاب‌آوری,راهبردهای مقابلة شناختی هیجان}, url = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_3959.html}, eprint = {https://cpap.shahed.ac.ir/article_3959_509857b4de483312ab4234bf37916fad.pdf} }
