This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of the Parent Management Training- Oregon Model (PMTO) and Parent Behavioral Training (BPT) on the resilience of children with externalizing problems aged 7 to 10 years. Method: The present research design was applied, semi-experimental, with a pre-test-post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all children with externalizing behavioral problems aged 7 to 10 in the 2023-2024 academic year in Zarinshehr County. Sixty mothers of children with externalizing problems were selected through convenience sampling to participate in the study. The research tools included the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (1991) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003). The interventions of the Oregon Model Parent Management Training (PMTO) and Parent Behavioral Training (BPT) were conducted in 10 sessions of 120 minutes each, once a week, on the samples of the two experimental groups, while the control group received no intervention. After the completion of the sessions, post-tests were conducted for all three groups, and follow-up assessments were carried out one. Results: According to the findings, there was no significant difference in resilience between the Parent Management- Oregon (PMTO) and Parent Behavioral Training (BPT) groups at the level of (p<0.05), but a significant difference was observed between these two groups and the control group. In other words, in both intervention groups, the means decreased from pre-test to post-test and follow-up. Discussion and conclusion: The results indicate that the Oregon Model emphasizes creating a warm, supportive, and predictable parent-child relationship. This strengthens the sense of security and attachment, which is essential for resilience. Children who feel love, acceptance, and understanding can better cope with stress and difficulties. Additionally, the Parent Behavioral Training model by Barkley, which emphasizes the complex nature of behavior, addresses emotional and developmental issues, and provides parents with skills to create a nurturing environment, contributes to improving long-term positive outcomes. مقدمه: بیشترین مشکل آسیب شناسی روانی در کودکان، مشکلات رفتاری است که در جریان رشد و تکامل بروز می‌یابد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر‌بخشی آموزش مدیریت والدین مدل اورگان (PMTO)و اموزش رفتاری والدین بر تاب‌آوری کودکان ۷ تا ۱۰ سال دارای مشکلات برون نمود انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش کاربردی با طرح نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کودکان 7 تا 10 سال دارای مشکل رفتاری برون نمود در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 در شهرستان زرین شهر تشکیل بود. 60 در مجموع 60 مادر دارای کودک با مشکلات برون نمود به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس مشکلات رفتاری کودک آخنباخ (1۹۹1 م) و پرسش‌نامه تاب‌آوری کونور – دیویدسون ( 2003م‌) بود. مداخلات آموزشی مدیریت والدین مدل اورگان (PMTO) و آموزش رفتاری والدین(BPT) در 10 جلسه 120 دقیقه‌ای (یک جلسه در هفته) برای دو گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. پس از پایان جلسات، پس آزمون و پس از یک ماه سنجش پیگیری در هر سه گروه انجام شد. نتایج: طبق یافته‌های به دست آمده در متغیر تاب‌آوری، تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه مدیریت والدین اورگان (PMTO) و آموزش رفتاری والدین (BPT) در سطح (05/0>P) وجود ندارد. با این حال، بین دو گروه با گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری دیده شد. به عبارت دیگر، در هر دو گروه مداخله، میانگین‌ها از پیش‌آزمون به پس‌آزمون و پیگیری کاهش یافته است. بحث و نتیجه‏ گیری: طبق نتایج به‌دست آمده الگوی مدل اورگان با تأکید بر ایجاد رابطه‌ای گرم‌، حمایتی و قابل پیش‌بینی والد-کودک، احساس امنیت و وابستگی را تقویت کرده و زمینه تاب‌آوری را فراهم می‌سازد. کودکانی که احساس عشق، پذیرش و درک می‌کنند، توانایی بهترِی برای مدیریت استرس و سختی‌ها دارند. همچنین، آموزش رفتاری والدین براساس مدل بارکلی، با تأکید بر ماهیت پیچیده رفتار و مسائل عاطفی، رشدی و ارائه مهارت‌های لازم به والدین برای ایجاد محیطی پرورش‌دهنده، به ارتقای نتایج مثبت بلندمدت در تاب‌آوری کودکان کمک می‌کند.
