ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (برون‌گرایی و روان‌رنجورخویی) به عنوان تعدیل‌کننده‌های رابطه بین استیگما و کمک‌طلبی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر تعدیل‌کنندگی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (برون‌گرایی و روان‌رنجورخویی) در رابطه بین استیگما و کمک‌طلبی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه لرستان بود.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد که در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش شامل 384 نفر از دانشجویان بودند، که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل؛ مقیاس استیگما برای دریافت کمک روان‌شناختی، پرسشنامه نگرش به جستجوی کمک روان‌شناختی تخصصی - فرم کوتاه و پرسشنامه‎ی شخصیتی نئو بود.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که بین استیگما و کمک‌طلبی روان‌شناختی رابطه معنی‌داری وجو دارد (001/0 p <، 41/0- =r). همچنین، داده‌های حاصل از اجرای پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از رگرسیون سلسله‌مراتبی تعدیلی به منظور بررسی توان تعدیلی متغیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (برون‌گرایی و روان‌رنجورخویی) تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های تحلیل رگرسیون تعدیلی، نقش تعدیل‌گر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (برون‌گرایی و روان‌رنجورخویی) را در رابطه بین استیگما و کمک‌طلبی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان مورد تایید قرار داد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج می‌توان گفت که استیگما عامل مهمی در کمک‌طلبی روان‌شناختی است که برون‌گرایی تاثیر آن را کمتر و روان‌رنجورخویی تاثیر آن را بیشتر می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the current study was to explore the moderating effects of Extraversion and neuroticism on the relationship between stigma and Psychological help-seeking. The hypotheses were as follows: Extraversion and neuroticism would moderate the relationship between stigma and Psychological help-seeking. This descriptive correlational study was conducted in 2016-17. In this study, at first we selected 384 students in lorrestan university, Iran. Then the students completed Stigma Scale for Receiving Psychological Help, Attitudes towards Seeking Professional Psychological Help, Short Form and NEO-five factor inventory. Hierarchical linear regression analyses were used to examine the moderating role of Extraversion and neuroticism. Results reveal that there is a significant relationship stigma and Psychological help-seeking. Extraversion and neuroticism was also a moderator in the relationship between stigma and Psychological help-seeking.
