Important note:

Due to the high volume of articles sent to the journal and the need to handle them and follow up on all the different stages of publishing articles (such as receiving, reviewing, page layout, indexing, etc.), all respected authors are requested to send all their requests and messages to the journal only through the above communication channels and avoid calling the journal's office as much as possible.

It is worth mentioning that regarding the follow-up of reviewing articles whose reviewing has been prolonged, the necessary follow-up is done periodically by the publication office and there is no need to send a request. Also, the current status and all actions taken on the article can always be seen through the article file (on the personal page) of the respected authors.
