In order to draw MMPI-2-RF, this paper has history-content review on formation and evolution of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and MMPI-2 as well as manner of versions integration, criticizing previous versions in order to deeply survey MMPI-2-RF. Of course, this paper is not conducted to study implementation methods, scoring, and interpretation of MMPI and if MMPI validity and reliability was referred in version criticism process, it has been vital to the subject.
