ارائه مدل نشانگان ضربه عشق براساس تجارب آزاردیدگی دوره کودکی: بررسی نقش میانجی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه

چکیده

مقدمه: عشق از بنیادی‌ترین تجارب انسانی به‌شمار می‌رود و ناکامی در روابط عاطفی می‌تواند آثار چشمگیری بر ابعاد مختلف سلامت انسان بر جای گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل ساختاری رابطه نشانگان ضربه عشق و تجارب آزار‌دیدگی دوره کودکی با نقش میانجی طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه انجام شد.

روش: طرح پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه ارومیه بودند که در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳–۱۴۰۴ شاغل به تحصیل بودند و نمونه شامل ۴۲۰ نفر بود که به روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای از بین دانشکده‌های مختلف دانشگاه انتخاب شدند و به ابزارهای پژوهش از جمله پرسشنامه تجارب آزار‌دیدگی برنستاین، طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه یونگ (فرم کوتاه) و نشانگان ضربه عشق راس پاسخ دادند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS-27 و SmartPLS-4 انجام گرفت.

نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تجربه ترومای کودکی بر تجربه نشانگان ضربه عشق اثر مستقیم و معنادار دارد و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در این بین نقش میانجی دارد (05/0>P). به‌عبارتی اثرات ترومای کودکی به‌واسطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه بر تجربه نشانگان ضربه عشق اعمال می‌گردد.

بحث و نتیجه‏گیری: یافته‌ها بر ضرورت تمرکز متخصصان سلامت روان بر عوامل زمینه‌ای بروز نشانگان ضربه عشق، به‌ویژه ترومای کودکی و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه، تأکید دارند و پیشنهاد می‌شود با طراحی مداخلات بدیع و آموزش‌های مهارتی مناسب، ظرفیت سازگاری دانشجویان را در تجربه جدایی عاطفی ارتقا دهند.

Introduction: Love is regarded as one of the most fundamental human experiences, and the failure of romantic relationships can It has significant effects on various aspects of human health.This study aimed to investigate the structural model of the relationship between love trauma syndrome and childhood abuse experiences with the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas.

Method: The present study employed a correlational research design using structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population consisted of all students at Urmia University during the 2024–2025 academic year. A sample of 420 students was selected through a multistage cluster sampling method from different faculties. Participants completed the Bernstein Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), the Young Schema Questionnaire–Short Form (YSQ-SF), and the Ross Love Trauma Syndrome (LTI). Data were analyzed using method structural equation modeling with SPSS-27 and SmartPLS-4.

Results: The findings showed that childhood abuse experiences have a direct and significant effect on the experience of love trauma syndrome, and early maladaptive schemas have a mediating role (P<0.05). In fact, the effects of childhood trauma are exerted on the experience of love trauma symptoms through early maladaptive schemas.

Discussion and conclusion: The findings emphasize the necessity for mental health professionals to focus on the underlying factors contributing to love trauma symptoms, particularly childhood trauma and early maladaptive schemas, and it is suggested that by designing innovative interventions and appropriate skill-based training, students’ adaptive capacity in experiencing Romantic breakup be enhanced.
