نسخه‌های کوتاه سیاهۀ نشانه‌های بیماری (SCL): وارسی روایی و اعتبار

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از ابزارهایی که در روانشناسی، کاربردهای متعدد بالینی و پژوهشی را به‌خود اختصاص داده‌است، سیاهۀ بازنگری‌شدۀ 90 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری می‌باشد. استفاده از این ابزار نیازمند وارسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی در نمونه‌های بالینی و غیربالینی است. از طرفی، به‌دلیل وقت‌گیر بودن اجرای نسخۀ اصلی این پرسشنامه، استفاده از نسخ کوتاه این ابزار گسترش یافته‌است. از جمله نسخه‌های کوتاه «اس. سی. ال. – 90 - آر.» که مورد عنایت پژوهش‌های متعددی قرار داشته‌اند، سیاهۀ 27 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری «اس. سی. ال. - 27»، سیاهۀ 25 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری هاپکینز «اِیچ. اس. سی. ال. - 25»، پرسشنامۀ کوتاه نشانه‌های بیماری «بی. اس. آی. - 18»، سیاهۀ 14 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری «اس. سی. ال. - 14»، سیاهۀ 10 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری هاپکینز «اِیچ. اس. سی. ال. - 10»، سیاهۀ 9 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری «اس. سی. ال. - 9» و سیاهۀ 6 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری «اس. سی. ال. - 6» هستند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه‌های کوتاه یادشده از  «اس. سی. ال. – 90 - آر.»  در یک نمونۀ غیربالینی ایرانی بوده‌است.
روش: در راستای دستیابی به هدف اشاره‌شده، پس از آماده‌سازی نسخۀ فارسی سیاهۀ بازنگری‌شده 90 گویه‌ای نشانه‌های بیماری، این سیاهه روی 513  نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد (و دکتری حرفه‌ای) دانشگاه شاهد اجرا شد. نمونه‌ای به حجم 44 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه شاهد جهت محاسبۀ ضریب بازآزمایی نسخه‌های کوتاه «اس. سی. ال. – 90 - آر.»، انتخاب و آزمون با رعایت فاصلۀ زمانی دو هفته برای بار دوم در بین این نمونه، اجرا گردید. بررسی روایی همگرای ابزارهای یادشده، با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های زیر صورت پذیرفت: مقیاس 21 گویه‌ای افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس، پرسشنامۀ اضطراب بک، پرسشنامۀ افسردگی بک، پرسشنامۀ 28 گویه‌ای سلامت عمومی، پرسشنامۀ 7 سؤالی اضطراب فراگیر، مقیاس عاطفۀ مثبت و منفی، پرسشنامۀ سوگیری مذهبی شعیری، مقیاس ترس از ارزیابی منفی، مقیاس عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ، پرسشنامۀ کوتاه اضطراب سلامت. وارسی روایی سازۀ نسخه‌های کوتاه «اس. سی. ال.»، با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل‌عاملی تأییدی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای «اس. پی. اس. اس. - 23» و «اِی. ام. اُ. اس. - 18» انجام شد.
 نتایج: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل آماری داده‌ها، مقادیر قابل‌قبول و معناداری از روایی ابعاد مربوط به هریک از نسخه‌های کوتاه سیاهۀ«اس. سی. ال. – 90 - آر.»  را در نمونه‌های غیربالینی نشان داد. اعتبار ابعاد نسخه‌های مختلف «اس. سی. ال.» با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ بین 0.84 برای نسخۀ «اس. سی. ال. - 9»  و 0.92 برای نسخۀ «اِیچ. اس. سی. ال. - 25»، و با استفاده از روش بازآزمایی بین 0.81 برای نسخه‌های «بی. اس. آی. - 18» و « اس. سی. ال. - 6» و 0.84 برای نسخه‌های «اِیچ. اس. سی. ال. - 25» و «اِیچ. اس. سی. ال. - 10»،  به‌دست آمد. هم‌چنین ساختارهای عاملی استاندارد هریک از آن‌ها در نمونه‌های غیربالینی ایرانی از طریق تحلیل‌عاملی تأییدی با ریشۀ میانگین مربعات خطای برآورد «آر. ام. اس. ای. اِی.» بین 0.036 برای نسخۀ « اس. سی. ال. - 9» و 0.055 برای نسخۀ « اس. سی. ال. - 14»، تأیید گردید.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، می‌توان در پژوهش‌های روانشناختی و تلاش‌های بالینی از نسخه‌های کوتاه این سیاهه استفاده نمود. هرچند نتایج کنونی، جدید و قابل‌توجه‌اند، اما برای تکمیل آن‌ها، وارسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی در نمونۀ بالینی نیز ضروری است.

Introduction: SCL-90-R is one of the psychological instruments occupied for numerous clinical and research applications. Using this instrument needs to investigate psychometric properties in clinical and non-clinical samples. On the other hand, using short versions of SCL-90-R has been developed because of time consuming to fulfill the original version. Among the short forms of SCL-90-R attended by numerous reseach include SCL-27, HSCL-25, BSI-18, SCL-14, HSCL-10, SCL-9 and SCL-6. So, the goal of this research has been determining the psychometric properties of the mentioned short forms of SCL-90-R in a non-clinical sample in Iran.
Method: To achieve this aim, the comparison between some common Persian translations of SCL-90-R and the original version was conducted. Then, the final translated version of ScL-90-R was ready. Then SCL-90-R was conducted on a sample of 513 bachelor, master and M.D. students of Shahed University. In order to calculate the coefficient of retesting the inventory, a sample of 44 students selected randomly and the inventory was conducted in accordance with the period of two weeks for the second time among them. To check convergent validity of the checklist, the following questionnaires were used: DASS-21, BAI, BDI-II, GHQ-28, GAD-7, PANAS, religious orientation questionnaire (Shams), BFNE, RSES and SHAI-18. To investigate the construct validity of the BSI-18, the exploratory factor analysis was used.
Results: The results of the data analysis indicated acceptable and significant values of validity and reliability of dimensions of SCL short forms in non-clinical samples. The reliability of different versions of SCL was obtaind between 0.84 for SCL-9 ans 0.92 for HSCL-25according to internal consistency method, and between 0.81 for both BSI-18 and SCL-6, and 0.84 for both HSCL-25 and HSCL-10 according to retest method. Facorial structures were also confirmed in non-clinical samples according to confirmatory factor analysis with RMSEA between 0.036 for SCL-9 and 0.055 for SCL-14.
Discussion and Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the SCL short versions could be used in psychological research and clinical efforts. However, the current results are novel and notable, but it is essential to examine psychometric properties in clinical samples.
