تعارضات زناشویی و نیازهای اساسی: نقش میانجی معنویت

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و آزمون مدل تبیین تعارضات زناشویی بر پایه نیازهای اساسی در نظریه انتخاب از طریق نقش میانجی معنویت بود.
روش: به این منظور مطالعه‌ای براساس طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (تحلیل مسیر) با استفاده از نمونه‌ای به حجم 172 دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (131 زن، 41 مرد) که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و در داخل هر خوشه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف، انتخاب شده بودند، طراحی و طی آن، هرآزمودنی به پرسشنامه‌های تعارضات زناشویی، نیازهای اساسی گلاسر (آزمون سازگاری نیازهای اساسی صاحبی) و معنویت پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری «اس. پی. اس. اس. – 22» پردازش شد.
نتایج:یافته‌ها نشان داد که میان میزان ارضاءشدگی نیازهای اساسی و معنویت رابطه مثبت معنادار و میان معنویت و تعارضات زناشویی رابطه منفی معنادار وجود دارد. همبستگی میان تعارضات زناشویی با نیاز به عشق و تعلق خاطر و نیاز به تفریح نیز منفی و معنادار است. همبستگی میان پنج نیاز اساسی همگی مثبت و معنادار است؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد معنویت در رابطه میان نیاز به بقاء، آزادی و قدرت با تعارضات نقش میانجی را دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: مدل نهایی برای تبیین رابطه بین نیازهای اساسی و تعارضات زناشوئی به واسطه متغیر معنویت شامل سه نیاز بقاء، آزادی و قدرت است و دو نیاز عشق / تعلق و نیاز به تفریح از آن حذف شده است. در عین حال 5 درصد از واریانس تعارضات زناشویی و 23 درصد از واریانس معنویت بر اساس نیازهای اساسی گلاسر قابل تبیین است.

چکیده [English]

Introduce: The purpose of the present study was to develop and test a model for explaining marital conflict based on basic needs in choice theory through the mediating role of spirituality.
Method: The present study was correlational with a structural equation method. 72 married participants (131 women, 41 men) were selected by a combined sampling method including cluster sampling and in each cluster by purposeful sampling. Each participant completed Marital Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ), Basic Needs Questionnaire and Spirituality Questionnaire.
Results: The results indicated that the spirituality had a positive significant correlation with all five basic needs, whereas spirituality had a negative significant correlation with all five basic needs. Significant negative relationships were found between marital conflicts and love and belonging and fun needs. Also all five basic needs had positive significant correlation with each other.
Conclusion: spirituality played a mediating role in the relation between marital conflicts and survival, freedom and power needs but not for belonging/ love need and fun need. Furthermore, 5 percent of marital conflict variances and 23 percent of spirituality variances are explain by Glaser's basic needs.
