پیش‌بینی خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی بر اساس در معرض قرارگرفتن، انتظارات پیامد و خودکارآمدی اجتنابی در دانشجویان دانشگاه گیلان

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به نقش عوامل شناختی و محیطی در بروز و ادامه خودجرحی، هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی بر اساس در معرض قرارگرفتن، انتظارات پیامد و خودکارآمد اجتنابی در دانشجویان است.
روش: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه پژوهش 264 دانشجوی دانشگاه گیلان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود که به صورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه خودزنی سانسون و همکاران (1996)، مقیاس در معرض‌گذاری اجتماعی خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی زلکوویچ و کول (2014)، پرسشنامه انتظارات پیامد خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی هاسکینگ و رز (2016) و مقیاس خودکارآمدی اجتناب از خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی سیزز و همکاران (2014) استفاده ‌شد. داده‌ها‌ به‌وسیله تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که 3/44 درصد از واریانس خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی توسط در معرض قرارگرفتن، انتظارات پیامد و خودکارآمدی اجتنابی پیش‌بینی می‌شود و بین آن‌ها خودکارآمدی اجتنابی و انتظارات پیامد به‌ترتیب با پیش‌بینی 8/24 درصد و 8/23 درصد از واریانس خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی، بیشترین سهم را داشتند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نظر به این‌که در معرض قرارگرفتن، انتظارات پیامد و خودکارآمدی اجتنابی می‌توانند خودجرحی بدون قصد خودکشی را پیش‌بینی کنند، یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند به پیشگیری از این رفتار و طرح‌ریزی برنامه‌های آموزشی و درمانی کمک کند تا دانشجویان کمتر در معرض آسیب‌های حاصل از این رفتار قرارگیرند

Introductoin: Considering the role of cognitive and environmental factors in the occurrence and maintenance of self-injury the aim of this study is to predict non-Suicidal self-injury based on the exposure, outcome expectancies, and avoidance self-efficacy in students
Method: This research is a descriptive correlational study. The research sample was 264 students of the University of Guilan in the academic year 2019-2020 who were selected by convenience sampling. In order to collect data Sanson's et al. (1996) Self-Harm Inventory, Zelkovich & Cole's (2014) Social Exposure to Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Scale, Hasking and Rose's (2016) Non-suicidal Self-injury expectancy Questionnaire and self-efficacy scale of avoiding NSSI by Czyz et al. (2014) were used. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis.
Results: The results of multiple regression analysis showed that 44.3% of the variance of non-suicidal self-injury is predicted by exposure to non-suicidal self-injury, outcome expectancies, and avoidance self-efficacy, and among those, avoidance self-efficacy and outcome expectancies had the highest share with a prediction of 24.8% and 23.8% of non-suicidal self-injury variance, respectively.
Discussion and Conclusion: Given that exposure to non-suicidal self-injury, outcome expectancies, and avoidance self-efficacy can predict non-suicidal self-injury, the findings of this study can greatly help prevent this behavior and planning educational and treatment programs so that students are less exposed to the damage caused by this behavior.
