پیش‌بینی رفتارهای آشفته خوردن بر اساس تمایزیافتگی خود و بهوشیاری در نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت

چکیده

مقدمه: دیابت یک سندرم متابولیک مزمن و شایع‌ترین اختلال آندوکرین است، علاوه بر مشکلات جسمانی مشکلات روحی و روانی زیادی برای بیمار ایجاد می‌نماید. بر همین اساس درمان‌های امروزی روشی ترکیبی از درمان فیزیولوژیکی و روان‌شناختی را پیش روی این بیماران قرار می‌دهند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش مؤلفه‌های تمایزیافتگی خود و بهوشیاری در رفتارهای خوردن آشفته در نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت صورت گرفت.
روش: این مطالعه کاربردی و شامل نمونه‌ای 88 نفره از تمام نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک تخصصی دیابت بود که با رعایت ملاک‌های ورود و خروج به صورت در دسترس با استفاده از آزمون‌های رفتارهای آشفته خوردن (گارنر و همکاران، ۱۹۸۲)، تمایزیافتگی خود (DSI) (اسکورن و فریدلندر، 1998) و بهوشیاری (بائر و همکاران، ۲۰۰۶) در محدوده 12 تا 18 سال اجرا گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (رگرسیون گام به گام) انجام شد.
نتایج: ترکیب خطی متغیرهای پیش‌بین با رفتارهای خوردن آشفته همبستگی چندگانه (۴۷۱/0=r، 01/0P<) داشت. تمایزیافتگی خود با بتای 191/0 و بهوشیاری با بتای 188/0 در سطح (01/0P<) معنی‌دار بودند.
بحث و نتیجه‌­گیری: نتایج نشان داد، تمایزیافتگی خود و بهوشیاری نقش مؤثر و معناداری در پیش‌بینی رفتارهای آشفته خوردن در نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت دارند؛ لذا، پیشنهاد می‌شود اجرای برنامةآموزشی جهت افزایش آگاهی و بهوشیاری، برای نوجوانان دیابتی به عنوان روشی مؤثر در بهبود اختلال خوردن آشفته به کار گرفته شود.

Introduction: Diabetes is a chronic metabolic syndrome and the most prevalent endocrine disorder. In addition to physical complications, it also leads to various mental and psychological challenges for patients. Consequently, contemporary treatments adopt a holistic approach that integrates both physiological and psychological care for these individuals. Therefore, the present study aims to determine the role of self-differentiation and mindfulness components in disordered eating behaviors among adolescents with diabetes.
Method: This applied study included a sample of 88 adolescents with diabetes who were referred to a specialized diabetes clinic. The study adhered to established inclusion and exclusion criteria and utilized tests for disordered eating behaviors (Garner et al., 1982), self-differentiation (DSI) (Skorn and Friedlander, 1998), and mindfulness (Bauer et al., 2006) for participants aged 12 to 18 years. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (stepwise regression).
Results: The results indicate that the linear combination of predictor variables associated with disordered eating behaviors exhibited multiple correlations (r = 0.471, p < 0.01). Self-differentiation (β = 0.191) and mindfulness (β = 0.188) were both significant at the p < 0.01 level.
Discussion and conclusion: The results indicate that self-differentiation and mindfulness play a significant role in predicting disordered eating behaviors among adolescents with diabetes. Therefore, it is recommended that an educational program aimed at enhancing awareness and mindfulness in diabetic adolescents be implemented as an effective strategy for improving disordered eating behaviors.
