مقایسه خشم و احساس گناه در مبتلایان به اختلال افسردگی اساسی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه با افراد عادی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش مقایسه میزان خشم و احساس گناه در مبتلایان به اختلال افسردگی اساسی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه با افراد عادی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه افراد مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه بودند که به مراکز خدمات بهداشت روانی در شهر اراک در سال 1387 مراجعه نمودند. جامعه افراد عادی نیز کلیه کارکنان مراکز خدمات بهداشت روانی شهر اراک بودند. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از افراد مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی (MDD )، 30 نفر از افراد مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) که به تشخیص روانپزشک و روانشناس بالینی دارای این اختلال ها بودند و 30 نفر از افراد عادی به عنوان گروه مقایسه (جمعاً 90 نفر) بودند که به روش تصادفی ساده از بین افراد مراجعه کننده به چهار مرکز خدمات روانشناختی در شهر اراک انتخاب شدند و در مرحله بعد پرسشنامه های حالت- صفت بیان خشم (STAXI-2 ) و پرسشنامه احساس گناه (TOSCA-3) بر روی آنها اجرا و پس از نمره گذاری داده های بدست آمده با نرم افزار SPSS و روش تحلیل واریانس یک راهه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد که بین میزان خشم در افراد مبتلا به PTSD  و افراد مبتلا به MDD با افراد عادی تفاوت وجود داشته و تفاوت در هر سه گروه معنا دار بود(001/0P < ). همچنین بین میزان احساس گناه در افراد مبتلا بهPTSD  و افراد مبتلا به MDD با افراد عادی تفاوت وجود داشت که این تفاوت در بین افراد مبتلا به PTSD با افراد مبتلا به MDD معنا دار نبود(001/0P>). ولی در بین افراد مبتلا به PTSD  با افراد عادی و همچنین بین افراد مبتلا به MDD با افراد عادی تفاوت معنا دار بود(001/0P < ).

The aim of this study is comparison of anger and sense of guilt in people with Major Depression Disorder (MDD) and Post Traumatic Stress Dis-order (PTSD) with the normal people. The statistical population of this research includes all people with Major Depression Disorder (MDD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) who have come to Arak psy-chology health centers in 1387. Statistical population of normal people includes all staffs and employees in Arak psychology health centers. Sample of this research contains 30 people with Major Depression Dis-order (MDD), 30 persons with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and 30 normal people as comparison group (totally 90 people). The in-struments were the State and Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI-2) and Test Of Self – Conscious Affect - 3(TOSCA 3) questionnaires. The data of the all questionnaires were analyzed with analysis the one way Variance method using SPSS software. The taken results of this re-search showed that there is a difference between criterion of anger in people with PTSD and MDD in comparison with the normal people and the difference was significant in all the 3 groups (P 0 . 001).
