بررسی الگوی رابطه سلامت روان و دینداری در دانشجویان شاهد و غیرشاهد

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط دینداری و سلامت روان دانشجویان شاهد و غیر شاهد و مقایسه وضعیت دینداری و سلامت روان در دو گروه انجام شد. نمونه مورد بررسی شامل 100 نفر دانشجوی شاهد و 100 نفر دانشجوی غیرشاهد بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران انتخاب گردید. در این پژوهش از مقیاس نگرش مذهبی خدایاری فرد و همکاران (1385) و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (گلدبرگ، 1972) برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها شاخص‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون Z فیشر و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری به کار رفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین سلامت عمومی و دینداری در هر دو گروه شاهد و غیرشاهد ارتباط معنا‌دار وجود دارد؛ در بین دو گروه شاهد و غیرشاهد از نظر میزان دینداری تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد؛ ولی از نظر نمرات سلامت عمومی در بین دو گروه هیچ تفاوتی یافت نشد. بنابراین می‌توان بیان کرد تقویت باورها و رفتارهای دینداری در دانشجویان منجر به ارتقای سلامت در آنها شود.

Current study is conducted to investigate relationship between mental health and religiosity in Shahed and Non-Shahed college students. Stud-ied sample is consisted of 100 shahed and 100 Non- shahed that were se-lected by random sampling method among students of university of Teh-ran. Religiosity scale (Khodayri fard et al, 1385) and General Health Questionnaire (Goldberg, 1972) were used as data gathering instruments. Data analysis was done using Pierson’s correlation coefficient, fisher's Z test and Multi-variate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). Findings indi-cated meaningful relationship between mental health and religiosity. Although significant differences was not observed between Shahed and non-Shahed group in mental health but these groups were different from religiosity perspective. Therefore, it could be said that improving reli-gious belief and behaviors among students will lead to enhance their health statue.
