بررسی ساختار عاملی، روایی و پایایی مقیاس شایستگی دلسوزی بین پرستاران شهر مشهد

چکیده

مقدمه: حرفه پرستاری بر رشد و گسترش رابطه بین همدلانه مراقب-بیمار مبتنی است و شایستگی دلسوزی به‌طور خاص در این حرفه مهم است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی ساختار عاملی، روایی و پایایی مقیاس شایستگی دلسوزی انجام شد.
روش: در یک مطالعه توصیفی- ارزیابی ابزار و با رویکرد تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 330 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر مشهد به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب و به مقیاس شایستگی دلسوزی (2016) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای (2010) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس. 22 و پی. ال. اس. 3 تحلیل شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق روش بازآزمایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی و روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه (روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، روایی ملاکی، روایی همگرا و همسانی درونی) محاسبه شد. برای بررسی رابطه بین نمرات شایستگی دلسوزی با نمره کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بکار رفت.
نتایج: روایی محتوایی با استفاده از دو ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا مطلوب گزارش شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی ساختار 3 عاملی را استخراج کرد که روی همرفته 53.60 درصد از واریانس کل آزمون را تبیین می‌کند. عامل اول با بار عاملی 5.33، عامل دوم با بار عاملی 2.59 و عامل سوم با بار عاملی 1.32 به ترتیب ارتباط، حساسیت و بینش نام‌گذاری شد. ضرایب پایایی باز آزمایی برای عوامل سه‌گانه به ترتیب 0.74، 0.69 و 0.80، آلفای کرونباخ 0.81، 0.76 و 0.90 و پایایی ترکیبی 0.84، 0.78 و 0.93 به دست آمد. در بررسی همسانی درونی، همبستگی بین نمره کلی شایستگی دلسوزی با خرده مقیاس مذکور به ترتیب 0.76، 0.77 و 0.81 بدست‌آمد (0.01>P). همچنین روایی واگرا برای خرده مقیاس های سه گانه و نمره کل به ترتیب 0.56، 0.52، 0.76 و 0.58 محاسبه شد. به‌علاوه همبستگی بین نمره شایستگی دلسوزی با مؤلفه‌های فرسودگی و استرس تروماتیک ثانویه منفی و معنی‌دار و با رضایت از دلسوزی مثبت و معنی‌دار به دست آمد (0.01>P).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه ساختار سه عاملی به‌دست‌آمده پژوهش لی و سمئون (2016) را تأیید کرد و توصیه‌های کاربردی برای پرستاران و سازمان‌های مسئول برای استفاده از این مقیاس ارائه کرد.

Investigation of Factor structure, Reliability and Validity of compassion competence among nurses in Mashhad

Introduction: This study aimed to examine the factor structure, reliability and validity of the compassion competence scale.
Methods: In a descriptive study with exploratory factor analysis, 330 nurses in government hospitals in Mashhad were selected by cluster sampling method and completed compassion competence scale (2010) and Professional Quality of Life Scale (2010). Data were analyzed by SPSS-22 software. Reliability coefficient of scale was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retest method and validity of scale was calculated through construct validity (exploratory factor analysis method, criterion validity and internal consistency). To investigate the relationship between scores of compassion competence and professional quality of life, Pearson's correlation coefficient was used
Results: Results of exploratory factor analysis extracted three-factor structure that explained 53.60% of the total variance. The first factor with factor load of 5.33, second factor with factor load of 2.59 and third factor with factor load of 1.32 were named communication, sensitivity and insight, respectively. Retest reliability coefficients for the three factors were obtained 74.0, 69.0 and 80.0 and Cronbach's alpha coefficients were obtained 81.0, 76.0 and 90.0 respectively. In investigation of internal consistency, correlation between total score of compassion competence and aforementioned subscales were obtained 76.0, 77.0 and 81.0, respectively (p < 0.01). In addition, the correlation between score of compassion competence with burnout and secondary traumatic stress components was negative and significant and with compassion satisfaction was positive and significant (p < 0.01).
Discussion and conclusion: The findings of this study confirmed the three-factor structure obtained by Li and Semnon (2016) and provided practical advices to nurses and responsible organizations, for using this scale.
