Methodology is the basis of designing an effective intervention. In school-based studies, the term "fidelity to the treatment plan" or "intervention plan" includes methodological strategies that are necessary to monitor practical interventions and it means that the intervention is carried out as designed and the main components of the intervention lead to the creation of results. It has become desirable. Fidelity to the treatment plan is a multidimensional construct that includes the dimensions of adherence to intervention, quality of intervention, quantity of intervention, and intervention process. This structure helps the researcher to be sure of the validity and reliability of clinical interventions. The report onfidelity to treatment and implementation of an intervention plan provides strategies on how to implement the intervention, the compatibility of the intervention plan in the intended context, and the obstacles facing the plan in implementation and maintenance. Otherwise, other researchers and users will not be informed about the conditions of the project; Therefore, it is very important to determine the optimal level of this structure in its interventions and measurements. In recent decades, the attention of researchers has been gradually drawn to the importance of loyalty to the treatment plan, but it seems that this category needs more serious attention from researchers. On the other hand, loyalty to the treatment plan in school-based interventions, considering the variety of contexts and layouts of schools, as well as the dynamic environment of the school, requires special attention. Some researchers and reputable publications in recent years believe that without reporting fidelity to the treatment plan, one cannot be sure that the behavioral changes in subjects are the result of the influence of the independent variable. This article tries to introduce the dimensions of loyalty to the treatment plan in school-based interventions.
