ارزیابی شخصیت و منبع کنترل در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های کرونر قلب

چکیده

مقدمه: باتوجه‌به شیوع بالای ابتلا و مرگ و میر ناشی از بیماری‌های کرونر قلب در جهان و مخصوصاً ایران، هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی شخصیت و منبع کنترل در بیماران مبتلا به  بیماری‌های کرونر قلب با افراد سالم است.
 روش: در این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع علی - مقایسه ای، 35 بیمارمرد مبتلا به بیماری کرونرقلب مراجعه کننده به مراکز قلب و عروق بیمارستان‌های شهرساری و 35  نفر از همراهان مرد بیماران، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامة پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت (NEO)  و مقیاس کانون کنترل راتر (RLOC) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده  از  نرم‌افزار SPSS23 و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، در سطح معنی داری 05. P≤0 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد، بیماران مبتلا به بیماری کرونر قلب در مقایسه با افراد سالم، در چهار عامل شخصیتی روان رنجورخویی (0.007 )، برون گرایی (0.02)، گشودگی (0.04) و توافق (0.02) تفاوت معنی‌دار داشتند؛ اما در عامل وجدانی بودن ( 0.88)‌، بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده نشد. اگر چه تفاوت نمرة منبع کنترل دو گروه گرچه معنی‌دار نبود(0.051)، اما در گروه بیماران، این نمره کمتر از نقطة برش بودکه بیانگر وجود منبع کنترل بیرونی‌تر بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های کرونر قلب نسبت به  افراد سالم است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد، بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های کرونر قلب و افراد سالم از نظر تیپهای شخصیتی روانرنجورخویی، برونگرایی، گشودگی و توافق  با هم تفاوت دارند. همچنین بیماران نسبت به افراد سالم دارای منبع کنترل بیرونیتری هستند؛ لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود، به ویژگیها شخصیتی در بیماران عروق کرونر توجه بیشتری شود.
