مدل معادلات ساختاری ترومای کودکی و استرس ادراک‌شده با سندرم پیش از قاعدگی: نقش میانجی ذهنی سازی عاطفه محور

چکیده
مقدمه: یکی از مشکلات مهم سلامت زنان که می‌تواند بر عملکرد آنان در زمینه‌های مختلف تأثیر بگذارد، سندرم پیش از قاعدگی است. این سندرم معمولاً پیش از قاعدگی آغاز می‌شود و شامل مجموعه‌ای از علائم جسمی، عاطفی و رفتاری است. با توجه به اهمیت قابل‌توجه این سندرم در کیفیت زندگی زنان، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی‌گری ذهنی‌سازی عاطفه‌محور در رابطه بین ترومای دوران کودکی و استرس ادراک‌شده با سندرم پیش از قاعدگی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع مدل یابی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاههای تهران، کرج و ارومیه بود و نمونه پژوهش 260 نفر از دانشجویان بودند که به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه‌های ترومای کودکی برنستاین و همکاران (2003م) (CTQ-28)، استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن و همکاران (1983م) (PSS)، غربالگری سندرم پیش از قاعدگی (PSST) و ذهنیسازی عاطفهمحور گرینبرگ و همکاران (2021م) (B-MAS) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS-3 تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که ترومای دوران کودکی و استرس ادراک‌شده با سندرم پیش از قاعدگی رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین، بین ترومای دوران کودکی و استرس ادراک‌شده با ذهنی‌سازی عاطفه‌محور و نیز بین ذهنی‌سازی عاطفه‌محور و سندرم پیش از قاعدگی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت، ذهنی‌سازی عاطفه‌محور در این رابطه نقش میانجی ایفا کرد.
بحث و نتیجه ‏گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود که متخصصان روانشناسی، روانپزشکی و متخصان زنان و زایمان در برخورد با افراد مبتلا به سندرم پیش از قاعدگی، رابطه حمایتی مطلوب برقرار کنند و از ایجاد استرس اضافی در آنان خودداری نمایند.

Structural Equation Modeling of Childhood Trauma and Perceived Stress with Premenstrual Syndrome: The Mediating Role of Affective Mentalization

چکیده English

Introduction: One of the important health problems of women that can affect their performance in various fields is premenstrual syndrome. This syndrome usually begins before menstruation and includes a set of physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms. Given the significant importance of this syndrome in women's quality of life, the aim of the present study is to investigate the mediating role of affective mentalization in the relationship between childhood trauma and perceived stress with premenstrual syndrome.
Method: The present study was descriptive and of the modeling type. the statistical population included all female students of the universities of Tehran, Karaj, and Urmia, and the research sample was 260 students who were selected through convenience sampling. Participants responded to the Bernstein et al. (2003) Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ-28), Cohen et al. (1983) Perceived Stress (PSS), Premenstrual Syndrome Screening (PSST), and Greenberg et al. (2021) Brief-Mentalized Affectivity Scale (B-MAS). data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and PLS-3 software.
Results: The results of the data analysis showed that childhood trauma and perceived stress had a positive and significant relationship with premenstrual syndrome. Also There is a negative and significant relationship between childhood trauma and perceived stress with affective mentalization, and between affective mentalization and premenstrual syndrome. Finally, affective mentalization played a mediating role in this relationship.
Discussion and conclusion: It is suggested that psychologists, psychiatrists, and obstetricians and gynecologists should favorable supportive relationship relationship with people with premenstrual syndrome and avoid creating additional stress in them
