پیش‌بینی تعهد زناشویی براساس طرحواره‏های ناسازگار اولیه (حیطه جدایی/ طرد): نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و اعتیاد به شبکه‏های اجتماعی مبتنی بر گوشی هوشمند

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل ساختاری تعهد زناشویی براساس طرحواره‏های ناسازگار اولیه در حیطه
طرد / جدایی و با میانجی‌گری راهبردهای مثبت و منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و اعتیاد به شبکه‏های اجتماعی مبتنی بر گوشی هوشمند در بین افراد متاهل انجام شد.
 روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی می‌باشد. به این منظور نمونه‌ای به حجم 200 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از میان زنان و مردان متاهلی که در شهر کرج زندگی می‌کردند، انتخاب شدند و از این تعداد 177 نفر وارد تحلیل گردید. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های تعهد زناشویی آدامز و جونز، پرسشنامه طرحواره‏های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (فرم کوتاه)، و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گرانفسکی و اعتیاد به شبکه‏های اجتماعی خواجه احمدی و همکاران(1395) استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss-26 و smartPLS-2 انجام شد.
نتایج: نشان داد که طرحواره‏های حیطه طرد و جدایی با نقش میانجی‌گر تنظیم شناختی هیجان مثبت و اعتیاد به شبکه‏های اجتماعی می تواند به میزان 40 درصد (40/0R2= ) در سطح P<0/001 تغیرات تعهد زناشویی را پیش‌بینی کنند و همچنین شاخص‌های برازش مدل (27/0GOF= ) نشان از کیفیت مطلوب مدل دارد.
 بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد طرحوارهای ناسازگار اولیه می‌توانند از طریق تنظیم شناختی هیجان و اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی گوشی هوشمند در تعهد زناشویی زوجین چالش ایجاد کنند. هرچند که برای تایید یا رد این نتایج نیاز به مطالعات بیشتر احساس می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: ‎The present study aimed to examine a structural model of marital commitment based on early ‎maladaptive schemas in the domain of disconnection/rejection and mediated by positive and negative cognitive ‎emotion regulation strategies and smartphone-based social network addiction among married people. ‎‎
Method: ‎ This research is a correlational study. For this purpose, a sample of 200 people was selected by ‎the Convenience/Accidental Sampling method from married men and women living in Karaj, and 177 of them were ‎included in the analysis. The Marital Commitment Questionnaire (MCQ), the Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ-‎SF), the Cognitive Emotion Regulation, and the Social Network Addiction Questionnaires were administered to ‎collect data. Pearson correlation method and Structural equation modeling were used to analyze by SPSS -26 and ‎Smart PLS-2 software. ‎‎
Results: The results from the structural model analysis revealed that schemas of disconnection/rejection Domain with ‎the mediating role of positive strategies for cognitive emotion regulation and addiction to social networks can ‎predict changes in marital commitment at a rate of 40% (R2 = 0.40, P <0.001). Also, the model fit indices (GOF = ‎‎0.27) indicate the desired quality of the model. ‎‎
Discussion and Conclusion: The present study suggests that early maladaptive schemas challenge couples' marital commitment ‎through cognitive emotion regulation and the‏ ‏overuse of smartphone social networks.  However, more studies are ‎needed to confirm or reject these results.‎‎
